Receiving an order confirmation does not mean your order is accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion, even after confirmation.
📦 Multiple Items in One Order
We aim to ship all items together. If some are out of stock, we’ll ship what’s available and send the rest later—unless you request otherwise. Shipping charges apply per shipment as stated in your receipt.
📝 Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typo or supplier error, we may cancel your order—even if it’s been confirmed or charged. If charged, we’ll refund the difference.

🚚 Shipping Info
We ship to over 50 countries (excluding APO/FPO and PO boxes). Orders ship via Standard or EMS (with tracking). Most orders ship within 3–5 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items if reported within 7 days. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and an RMA number.
For returns due to customer error (wrong item, color, size, etc.), a 60% restocking fee and all shipping costs apply. These returns must also be reported within 7 days and include all original packaging and accessories. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping for returns.
Only the same or correct item will be issued in exchanges.

🛃 Customs & Import Duties

❌ Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for free if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
